Kimberly Case-Nichols, the UNLV School of Medicine Director of Space Management, is responsible for managing the physical space environment for the medical school. 

Prior to her position at the medical school, she served as the UNLV Director for Student Affairs Maintenance and the Stanford University Maintenance and Workflow Resource Manager for Residential and Dining Enterprise. She holds a Certified Educational Facilities Professional credential.  She is influential in promoting women in facilities leadership positions. 

Case-Nichols earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois and Masters of Business Administration degree from Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont, California.
