Dr. Krishna Singh specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is the only dual board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Medical Genetics and Genomics specialist in the state of Nevada.

After completion of her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee at Memphis, Dr. Singh completed fellowship in Medical Genetics and Genomics under the lat Dr. David Rimoin at the UCLA Intercampus Medicla Genetics Program in Los Angeles California. Following her genetics training, she completed fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Cedar-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Singh has special interest in evaluation of women and couples with personal or family history of birth defects, pregnancy loss, or genetic disease. She has clinical expertise in fetal ultrasound and in the management of pregnancies complicated by various obstetrical and medical conditions including hyperemesis gravidarum, diabetes mellitus, cervical dysfunction, and preeclampsia. In addition, Dr. Singh performs diagnostic evaluations for suspected fetal genetic conditions such as skeletal dysplasias and other rare syndromes, as well as for hereditary disorders affecting a mother such as Ehlers-Danlos or other Mendelian syndrome.

Dr. Singh has over 15 years of experience in management of high risk pregnancies. She has been heavily engaged in clinical research as well as medical education. She was previously a clinical instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles. She also served as assistant professor of medicine at the Dell School of Medicine at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Singh has presented several research papers in genetics at both national and international conferences and has published her research in multiple peer review journals. She was the recipient of the Cedars-Sinai Clinical Fellows Award for Excellence in Research.

Dr. Singh is an active member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine as well as the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics.

Dr. Singh was born in the United Kingdom but was raised in Oklahoma. Her mother, although of Asian Indian background, was born and raised in central Africa dn her father in India.

Dr. Singh has been involved in the management of high risk pregnancies for over 15 years. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and in Medical Genetics and Genomics. She started the first Prenatal Genetics clinic in Austin Texas. She has special interest in prenatal ultrasound/fetal dysmorphology and diagnostic evaluation and management of complex medical and genetic conditions affecting pregnancy.

Dr. Singh maintains her health by participating in yoga and living a vegan lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her three young children as well as cooking and travel.
