Licensed therapists provide outpatient counseling, individual and group to adults. Therapists have specialized training and experience in treating a variety of mental health issues and behavioral concerns. Our focus is on providing evidenced-based therapeutic intervention to effectively achieve solutions.
Case management offers intensive service coordination for qualified adults. A dedicated and resourceful team of case managers assist individuals in gaining access to medical, social, educational and other support services including housing and transportation needs.
Components of the service include assessment, care planning, referral, and monitoring. Case managers are committed to helping individuals achieve independence. Mojave case management services also provide support for the County’s Mental Health Court Program. Clients who have had legal and court appearances which are perceived to be caused in large part by their psychiatric disability and who voluntarily agree to participate will receive up to three years of intensive court and case management services in order to stop the revolving door of psychiatric relapse behaviors and jail.
